A common question when we are introduced for the first time is “what do you do?” It’s familiar and expected, but when you think about it more deeply, it’s a loaded question. We are commanded to work in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to our Father, but our culture attaches significance to our vocation. God says our value as created sons and daughters of the King of Kings is equal and immeasurable before God.
