Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing. (1 Thessalonians 5:11)
Encouraging and supporting the people around us is a powerful way of serving our Father in the workplace. We can come alongside fellow believers to strengthen them at work. And we can also come alongside colleagues who don’t yet have a relationship with Jesus when we model his teachings.
