What’s included in this toolkit?
- Event Planning Guide – This is a comprehensive guide that includes everything from start to finish for planning and preparing for your WorkLight StoryNight event.
- Photograph & Video Release – Please have storytellers or anyone who will be speaking or on stage fill this out and scan to remote@worklight.org.
- Storytelling Tricks & Tips – This document provides tips for the speakers to consider as they prepare to share their story.
- Outreach & Promotion – These are tips and recommendations on how to promote and invite people to attend your event.
- Sample Host Script – Not sure how to host or what to say to your audience? We got you covered! This sample host script gives an overview of the run of the show and how you may consider introducing speakers, asking questions and more!
- Feedback Form – This is a google form that is to gather feedback from your attendees post-event. (More details and explanation on this in the guide).
- Sample Agenda – An example of what makes up a WorkLight StoryNight
- Slide Deck Presentation – This is a slide deck (or powerpoint) presentation that you can have running at your event. Please make save a copy to your own google drive or download to your own computer (more information on this in the guide)
